Get To Know Us!
We are two Ambitious African American women that formed a friendship in the early 80's and never looked back. Although we went to the same high school our friendship began as young adults when we lived in the same low-income housing complex as young single mothers. At some point we were eventually able to move on from there to seek out new opportunities to provide a better life for our children. We both obtained higher education degrees, married, traveled, and shared boat loads of laughter and tears. The experiences of sharing so many of life’s ups and downs blessed us to forge an even tighter bond in our friendship. Now that our children are all grown up and living their adult lives, we decided to embark on something new, hence, leading us to go into business together. Since we both pride ourselves on being good cooks, it only made sense that our business would involve something to do with food. We were both equally confident that we could come up with something that our community would not only enjoy, but also appreciate. We wanted it to be something a little different, tasty and hearty. ...And that is exactly what you get from every potato you eat from EVERYTHING BAKED POTATOES. We offer a variety of specialty loaded baked potatoes, that leave you wanting more with every bite. Any potato you choose is a complete meal by itself, one large potato baked to perfection, buttered up, well seasoned, loaded with your choice of meats or vegetables, and topped with bacon bits, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives or one of our homemade, creamy, delicious sauces. Take a peek at our picture gallery on the home page and feast your eyes on all of our yummy specialty loaded baked potatoes shown there. Although the gallery gives you some idea of what we have to offer, it does not show the entirety of our menu as we are always coming up with new recipes to impress and satisfy the appetite or our customers. We offer a nice variety in taste, with an array of toppings to choose from, aiming to satisfy every appetite from vegan to meat lovers .
